• Limelight Theatrics ("Limelight Theatrics", "We") is a speech, drama, musical theatre & vocal performance school.

• Limelight Theatrics collects personal information on students and, where necessary, their parents/guardians ("students", "you", "members").

• This informations includes, but is not limited to, students' name, age and contact details, as well as their parent/guardians' contact details.

• This information is necessary for Limelight Theatrics to provide a high quality service to its members.

• By poviding your contact details, during registration or otherwise, you consent to Limelight Theatrics storing this information and using it to communicate with you.

• These communications may notify you of important changes and/or updates to the school or your particular class, such as classes being rescheduled, policy changes or upcoming workshops.

• We may also photograph and/or video students (for example, during rehearsals or performances).

• These photographs will be used for promotional and marketing purposes on Limelight Theatrics' official media channels.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

• Limelight Theatrics uses third party services (listed below) to collect registrations that contain students' personal information.

• Limelight Theatrics maintains an accurate database to service its members. This database contains personal and professional data of our membership.

HOW WE  STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA

• All personal information is treated confidentially and with respect for the benefit of Limelight Theatrics and its members in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

• Any personal information we obtain will be held securely on the Limelight Theatrics database. We take appropriate steps to ensure that we only record and store information that is relevant, accurate and up to date.

• Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties, other than those acting on the instructions of Limelight Theatrics.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances or permit third parties to sell on the data we have shared with them.

• Limelight Theatrics will only share information with a 3rd party where necessary and with your consent.

3. Google Forms: Drama/Musical Theatre/PS Scheduler

4. Gmail: Mail sending service utilised by Limelight Theatrics

5. Microsoft: Microsoft Office used for documentation

6. WhatsApp: Communication Tool

7. Facebook: Social Media Platform

8. Instagram: May be used from time to time for promotion

9. Irish Board of Speech & Drama: Examination facillitator

10. Speech & Drama Teachers of Ireland: Competitions

YOUR CHOICES

• At any stage, you can contact Limelight Theatrics at limelighttheatrics@gmail.com or 0863923334 and request a deletion of your personal informations. We will respect your request to stop processing your data. Please be aware that to be a member of Limelight Theatrics, we must collect and process certain personal information to effectively manage your membership and provide our services.

• You can choose which type of information you would like to receive from Limelight Theatrics and we will endeavour to only use your personal information to contact you with information that is important to Limelight Theatrics or relevant to you.

• Should you wish to update your contact details, you can contact Limelight Theatrics.

• Contact details provided directly by you will update any previous preferences in relation to this channel, unless you inform us otherwise.
