Limelight Theatrics offers a range of classes to help your child develop confidence, concentration, language/singing, communication skills and cooperation.

VOCAL LESSONS - PRIVATE
Vocal lessons that inspire students to express themselves through the medium of song.
From ages 6 to 99, singing lessons can be great fun at all ages. Having a great voice is one thing, but it is essential that your instrument stays healthy in order to give your best performances, time after time. Carmel has taught many students over the years and has provided students with the necessary tools to become confident performers while maintaining good vocal health.

Suitable for both hobby and professional singers, as well as those performing for Junior Cycle or Leaving Certificate music exams, with any singing style accomodated.

SPEECH & DRAMA - GROUP CLASSES
FROM AGES 5 TO 18
Boost confidence in a fun and engaging environment
Speech and Drama taught using a variety of methods and techniques. The class term is structured to focus on activities that include speech exercises, drama games, roleplay (simulation), script work, character analysis, mime, puppetry, improvisation, auditioning skill development and stage technique. Prior to COVID, Limelight Theatrics held a showcase at the end of the first term and hopes to return to this when it is safe to do so. Our second term concentrates on examinations with the Irish Board of Speech and Drama and our final term is based on creative process drama.

MUSICAL THEATRE - GROUP CLASSES
Learn the art of storytelling through acting, singing and dancing
Musical Theatre classes are ideal for students aged between 8 - 18 years. Classes incorporate the three elements of musical theatre, the "triple threat": acting, singing and dancing.
A great opportunity for students to learn the genre of musical theatre while working on age appropriate songs, choreography and acting.

PUBLIC SPEAKING - GROUP CLASSES
Learn how to communicate with the world
Limelight Theatrics will provide you with the tools to excel in any public speaking environment, from school or work presentations to job interviews to auditions. With regular practice, students not only report an increase in their confidence but also have a sense of achievement in completing whatever they may be working towards.
Suitable for older children and teens.
